
The NOAA POES APT Weather Satellite Decoder If you have APTDecoder installed, please unistall it before installing a new using the Setup package. WARNING: If you have made changes to your CLUT-files and saved them using the same name I recommend you to copy them away from aptdecoder\config\lut folder so your changes wont get lost when you unsinstall. Audio recordings and your current configuration files are not removed nor changed when uninstalling or installing. APTDecoder is free software released under the GNU/GPL licence. 
It is recommended to use the Package updater in menu Help -> Check for updates... if you have installed APTDecoder. Highlite the package you want to install and click the Install package button. Right mouse click on a file and Firefox users select Save Link As... and IE users select Save Target As... Get the latest APTDecoder!
After you have installed APTDecoder upgrade to the latest version via the patch. Runtime error R6034 If you get this error "An application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly. Please contact the application's support team for more information." You will have to upgrade your Windows 2000 or XP to the latest .NET Framework. We recommend version 3.5 or later. The latest patch version number is the same or grater than the latest install package above. Unzip all files to the same folder you once installed it to and and click Yes to overwrite existing files if you are asked. You can also downgrade by downloading a patch with version number less than your current release if listed below. If you don't have APTDecoder installed yet, you must first install it using the install package. NOTE: You must have release 2.0.5.78 or later installed due to ImageMagick package updates.
