To upload files to this public domain you need to have appropriate access keys.
You can get the required access keys by sending an email to 
aptdecoder@poes-weather.com.

Please create a folder with your "name" so it will be more clear to know from 
who the files are from.

Anybody can download what YOU have uploaded to this site so be some careful 
about what you upload.

If you are about to download/upload an audio make sure you also 
download/upload the .txt also. 
The .txt file got the same name as the audio and contains informaion 
where it was recorded, used keplerian elements, etc.

If you intend to decode an audio with APTDecoder you should also 
download the .txt file to the same directory as you downloaded the audio. 
Drag and Drop the audio to APTDecoder and it will start decoding.

The stuff folder is like a junk folder. You can upload anything you see appropriate.
It will be now and then cleared so don't upload anything important to it.
